Online Registration
Online registration is highly recommended. On-site registration will be possible only within the limitation to the maximum number of participants. Please note that registration is also required for presenting authors.
Conference Fees
The conference fee includes admission to the technical sessions, proceedings, snacks and refreshments during the welcome reception and breaks, the social evening and the conference dinner. Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment.

Please note: one-day passes are not available for the Seminar.
Students are obliged to fax or e-mail a copy of their student identification card to the Seminar Office.
The VAT of 20% is included (VAT registration number ATU 66028167).
The reduced fee for presenting authors can be granted only if the paper is submitted by March 7, 2025.
Tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased only at the registration desk during the seminar week. Please note that space for the conference dinner is limited and requests will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is no pre-reservation prior to the seminar week.
General Conditions / Cancellation
Your registration is regarded as binding agreement to the conditions stated in this circular. Substitutes will be accepted provided that advance notice is given in writing.
The following charges will apply for cancellations received by:

No refund of the conference fee will be made after May 1, 2025.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Upon registration at the desk, you will receive your badge, vouchers, and conference materials. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all events of the conference.
Official Receipts & Certificates of Attendance
All participants will receive an official certificate of attendance and a receipt of payment at the registration desk together with the conference package.
